Breakfast fine, but you need more space/tables and staff. Clearly you were overwhelmed and key food items were constantly running out. The location to Waterloo station (3 blocks walk away), buses (almost right outside the door) and tubes was excellent. 5 minute walk to hook up with nearby stop for all the hop-on hop-off bus tours and just a few minutes more and you're on the Westminster Bridge and standing in front of Big Ben, etc. Couldn't be more convenient --- and at a good price (by London standards, anyway!). Rooms were spacious and the kitchen station was a great add-on. Place to sit down on couch was also a bonus. View out the window was not (overlooking office floor on adjacent building).

Of course, it is a great location! During Christmas, the buses and the underground didn’t work, but despite that, we were able to walk around the center of London all day and see all the landmarks we had planned to visit, as many of them were nearby. Also, the kitchen was perfectly furnished with plates, cutlery, skillets, pans, and, of course, a dishwasher! We couldn’t stop talking about the enormous towels! On the first day, we tried the breakfast, and it was good! And the staff – they were always ready to help us.

All of the staff were very professional, helpful and great to deal with. The rooms were very well equipped and afforded panoramic views of London. The staff listened to, and acted on, my request for a particular room on my second stay: i was given the room I wanted, which was even more spacious and the views of London were even better; as I was on a higher floor. The location of the property was fantastic with easy access to all of the South Bank's myriad attractions.

Our family of 4 had a very good experience staying in this hotel. The location is great. Walking distance to London Eye, Big Ben and Great Waterloo station. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and attentive. There are open 24/7 markets, souvenir vendors and food and beverage places around the hotel. We did not eat and drink at the hotel, we have no idea about this. We definitely recommend this hotel for your trip to London.

Burak

The location is great - close to everything, walking to the bridge, London Eye, the Big Ben, South Bank and other attractions. There’s a subway station next block. The room was relatively small for two people but had various useful items: a full size table, a kitchenette, and a sofa that opened into a full size bed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I will stay again without hesitation.
