Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Just only few minutes walking distance to Big Ben, London Eye. Two Tube/Metro lines very close by. We are a family of 4 (2 Adults 2 Teenies) and the room bathroom and kitchen were spacious and clean. Double bed was big and good and sofa bed was ok too. Room to keep our luggage while we were too early for checkin on the first day and also on the last day and had already checked out (flight was earlier). Small gym but good enough for a few days. Overall excellent value for money.

We had a very good stay, the accomodation at Marlin made us enjoy our trip to London to the fullest. The location enabled us to easily visit the main attractions by foot or by bus/tube. Shops and good coffee downstairs. The view of the Shard from our studio on 5th floor and the ability to listen to music in the bathroom made our kids very happy. The check in/check out was smooth, the receptionists were all very nice and there to help. The elevators were all in service during our stay and there was no fire alarm to distrub us.

Of course, it is a great location! During Christmas, the buses and the underground didn’t work, but despite that, we were able to walk around the center of London all day and see all the landmarks we had planned to visit, as many of them were nearby. Also, the kitchen was perfectly furnished with plates, cutlery, skillets, pans, and, of course, a dishwasher! We couldn’t stop talking about the enormous towels! On the first day, we tried the breakfast, and it was good! And the staff – they were always ready to help us.

All of the staff were very professional, helpful and great to deal with. The rooms were very well equipped and afforded panoramic views of London. The staff listened to, and acted on, my request for a particular room on my second stay: i was given the room I wanted, which was even more spacious and the views of London were even better; as I was on a higher floor. The location of the property was fantastic with easy access to all of the South Bank's myriad attractions.

Our family of 4 had a very good experience staying in this hotel. The location is great. Walking distance to London Eye, Big Ben and Great Waterloo station. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and attentive. There are open 24/7 markets, souvenir vendors and food and beverage places around the hotel. We did not eat and drink at the hotel, we have no idea about this. We definitely recommend this hotel for your trip to London.
